Antique Fair Autumn 2020 - CANCELLED
Canberra’s ACT Original Antique and Collectables Fairs, jointly organized by the Rotary Club of Canberra City and Selkirk Antiques, have now operated for 33 years. The Fairs are held twice a year, Autumn and Spring, in the heritage-listed Albert Hall.
The Albert Hall is located at 100 Commonwealth Avenue, Yarralumla, ACT, 2600, next door to the Hyatt Hotel.
Twenty-five recognized antique exhibitors will be present and will have for sale an excellent stock of quality furniture, prints, fine books, jewellery, dolls, china, pottery, clocks, watches, old weapons, glassware and bric-a-brac.
The Autumn Fair will be open Friday Night 20 March (5.30pm-8.30pm), Saturday 21 March (10am-5pm), and Sunday 22 March (10am-4pm).
Entry prices are $10 adult, $8 concession, children under 14 free – tickets on sale at the door.
Wheelchair access is available.
First Prize of the Raffle will be a collector’s item; tickets will be on sale at the door. It will be drawn at 3pm on Sunday 22 March and the winner notified by telephone.
Light lunches and refreshments are available at the venue.
Do come along as there is something for everyone.
The proceeds of this Fair will go to ACT Community Services #1 to assist with the provision of a van to help with the delivery of food to Canberra and Queanbeyan disadvantaged residents. The Rotary Club of Canberra City, together with its sponsors, are proud to help this most worthwhile cause. The sponsors include the Rotary e-club of Brindabella, Stand by Me, Impress Printers and WIN TV. The money raised stays in the ACT district.
